(I had last minute issues...I ordered a corsage from another florist and I was not happy with what I received, it was not what I asked for. So my friend recommended driving over to Baniasters florist to fix the problem. She had received flowers from Banisters in the past and said there work was very top notch! Baniasters was able to stop what they were doing, communicate and listen to the customers needs. This is so important to me. They started from scratch and gave me something more elegant like I had asked for from the previous florist. I was very thankful they carried high end flowers and have a designer on staff on Saturdays with creativity and patients. Thank you for helping me last minute, it was so nice to meet you! - (My boyfriend was nice enough to send me flowers at work the other day from Banister's. Dang, you all do good work. I didn't actually know that a flower shop could really make an arrangement that actually said something about the person sending, the person receiving - you guys really are amazing. The arrangment was just so lovely - people couldn't stop commenting. The flowers that were used, they way they were put together...it felt like I was really lucky.
